Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• 10 years of relevant enterprise IT or Salesforce experience.
• Salesforce certifications required (System Architect or Application Architect).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise Salesforce architecture leadership spanning security, data modeling, integration patterns, scalability, release practices, and solution design.
• Review technical designs and guide application teams toward secure, reusable, scalable solutions.
• Set and maintain platform standards and best-practice guidance so teams build consistently.
• Coordinate enterprise-level Salesforce changes and document them before implementation in line with Center of Innovation governance processes.
• Implement and maintain enterprise configuration and security policy across orgs.
• Lead governance changes.
• Develop proofs of concept that mature the platform and demonstrate new approaches to application teams.
