The General Board of Higher Education and Ministry seeks a Salesforce Manager to lead the joint agency Salesforce ecosystem, strategy, governance, and delivery. You will supervise Salesforce personnel and contractors, manage architecture, integrations, and analytics to support executive decision-making and mission-driven initiatives.

You will champion adoption, coordinate with internal leaders and vendors, and ensure data integrity and security across the enterprise.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Salesforce administration and enterprise platform architecture.
• Enterprise CRM strategy, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Experience leading enterprise platforms in mission-driven organizations.
• Strong executive communication and influence skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide enterprise level leadership and direction for Salesforce, establishing platform vision, multi-year roadmap, architectural standards, and governance aligned with GBHEM/GBGM strategy.
• Lead, supervise, and develop Salesforce personnel and contractors, including staffing strategy and performance management.
• Oversee Salesforce architecture, configurations, integrations, and operational health, ensuring reliability, security, and data integrity.
• Direct enterprise reporting, dashboards, and analytics capabilities to support executive decision making.
• Champion enterprise adoption through training, change management, and continuous UX improvements.
• Partner with internal leaders, external agencies, and vendors to deliver enterprise initiatives; provide strategic oversight of vendors and partners.
