Qualifications

• Experience in inbound/outbound sales environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate CRM item records for orders and quotes.
• Qualify inbound quotes and ensure timely responses within 24 hours.
• Enter quotes and orders into CRM; follow up on quotes as needed.
• Coordinate with Distribution Centers to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing and Distribution teams to drive revenue and margin.
• Meet KPIs such as quote-to-order rate and customer satisfaction.
