Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or related roles.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects, priorities and deadlines.
• Experience developing project plans, schedules and status reporting.
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities and resources to meet milestones.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and communications.
• Track progress, risks and dependencies using PM methodologies.
• Lead meetings and drive cross-functional communications.
• Support reporting, data analysis and performance measurement.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and outcomes.
• Serve as PM resource for Enterprise Accounts and Workforce Solutions.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with procedures.
