Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking an Account Management Coordinator to support the Professional Services team and B.E. Smith Account Managers. This role ensures accurate contract administration, data integrity, and smooth operations across placement records and Salesforce processes.

You will handle SOX-compliant SOW reviews, manage case queues in Salesforce, generate reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in admin support or operations coordination.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Create Interim Leader PTRs upon placement records in Salesforce.
• Review and validate SOWs and placement records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established SOX requirements.
• Coordinate contract approvals with account management, sales leadership, contract leadership, housing, and travel teams.
• Process contract modifications, extensions, and addendums within SLAs.
• Maintain travel allowance and compensation-related information within placement records.
• Audit and reconcile placement information, including travel allowances and pay rates.
• Manage Salesforce case queues and route requests to stakeholders.
• Generate and distribute operational and performance reports.
