Zusammenfassung

Amazon Leo is building a high-visibility sales operations function to empower the Enterprise sales team. This role acts as COO for the Enterprise group, enabling data-driven decisions and predictable business outcomes.

You will own the full operational lifecycle from revenue reporting to strategic planning, partnering across Finance, Legal, and Marketing to accelerate Leo's Enterprise growth.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of Microsoft Excel experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
• Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Own revenue reporting, analysis, and financial management for the Enterprise team.
• Lead revenue forecasting cadence with weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts.
• Design territory planning, account segmentation, and quota development for the Enterprise team.
• Design and own Rhythm of Business cadence including MBR, QBR, and annual planning cycles.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Accounting, Tax, Service Teams, Marketing, and Partners.
