Amazon Leo is expanding its Aviation sales operations to drive revenue growth and cross-functional execution. This role acts as operational right hand to the Aviation Sales Leader, owning reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning across the Aviation team.

You will partner with Finance, Legal, Accounting, Tax, and Sales to deliver on business objectives, shape compensation plans, and support multi-quarter growth initiatives in a high-visibility environment.

Qualifications

10+ years of Microsoft Excel experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent.

Responsabilités

Own revenue reporting, analysis, and financial management for the Aviation team.
Lead revenue forecasting cadence with weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts.
Design and deploy territory plans, quota development, and headcount tracking.
Coordinate Rhythm of Business cadences (MBR, QBR, annual planning).
Partner with Finance, Legal, Accounting, Tax, and Sales teams to drive outcomes.
Present to senior leadership and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.
