Job summary

Carrier is seeking an ambitious Sales and Business Development Manager to drive enterprise growth for our Abound business. You will own and grow national accounts while generating new business with multi-site operators and Fortune 500 companies across sectors such as retail, dining, and banking.

You will lead the end-to-end sales cycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop strategic account plans to deliver data-driven proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of proven enterprise sales and new business development experience in Energy Management, Energy Services, Life Cycle Solutions, Enterprise Software or Managed Services.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% nationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing multi-year enterprise contracts.
• Engage with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders to understand goals and present tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized tech and data-driven proposals.
• Develop strategic account plans and maintain a high-visibility sales pipeline.
