Job summary

Carrier is seeking an ambitious Sales and Business Development Manager to drive enterprise growth for the Abound business. You will own and grow national accounts while expanding multi-site opportunities across sectors such as retail, dining, banking, and commercial real estate.

This remote role allows up to 30% travel within the USA and an individual contributor with cross-functional collaboration to deliver tailored, data-driven proposals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise sales and new business development within the Energy Management, Energy Services sectors, Life Cycle Solutions, Enterprise Software or Managed Services.
• Able to travel up to 30% nationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and initial outreach to negotiating and closing high-value, multi-year enterprise contracts.
• Partner with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders at customer organizations to deeply understand their operational goals and present tailored, consultative solutions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional internal teams—including engineering, presales, facilities, energy, procurement, and legal to deliver customized tech and data-driven proposals.
• Develop comprehensive strategic account plans, maintain high-visibility sales pipelines, and provide regular progress updates.
