Qualifications

• 5+ years of quota-carrying, complex B2B sales with proven hunting and closing
• Proven ability to engage economic buyers at C-level and manage multi-stakeholder deals
• Experience selling into organizations with 100+ employees
• High accountability, resilience, and ownership of results
• Driver's license required

Responsibilities

• Hunt and close net-new enterprise business (100–5,000+ employees) across defined territories
• Lead full-cycle sales from prospecting to discovery, demo, and close
• Build bundles across One Paychex Portfolio: PEO, HR Solutions, Payroll, Benefits, Retirement, Merchant Services
• Partner with Solutions Engineers, RevOps, and 700+ broker relationships in a team-selling environment
• Own your pipeline with forecasting and deal control through the close
