Job summary

Accurate Background is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth with world-class clients. You will build a portfolio of Fortune-level accounts (5,000+ employees), articulate our HR technology and background-check solutions, and close opportunities through a consultative, solution-based approach.

The role requires outbound prospecting, pipeline management, and travel up to 50% based on client location. Base salary ranges from $120,000 to $150,000 plus Commission (60/40 pay mix).

Qualifications

Experience selling to large, enterprise-level accounts in a complex, solution-services model.
Understanding of HR technology and background-check services preferred.
Strong consultative, problem-solving, and accountability in sales.

Responsibilities

Build and manage a portfolio of enterprise prospects to fill your pipeline.
Consistently meet revenue targets using a structured sales process.
Develop and penetrate new vertical markets and articulate solutions via demonstrations/proposals.
Travel up to 50% depending on client location and needs.
