Job summary

Tieto is expanding its North American sales team and seeks a high-performing Sales Executive to accelerate net-new revenue. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution in enterprise accounts.

The role requires a consultative approach, strong executive presence, and a track record of exceeding targets in cloud, software, or digital transformation. Collaboration with delivery, marketing, and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of enterprise B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding quota and generating net-new business.
• Experience selling cloud, managed services, digital transformation, software/SaaS, or IT services.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target and win new enterprise customers within assigned industries and territories.
• Lead the complete sales lifecycle from discovery to contract signature.
• Conduct consultative discovery sessions to understand customer objectives and challenges.
• Position solutions with a value-based sales approach and develop business cases.
• Navigate complex buying environments and maintain CRM hygiene.
