Paychex is expanding its Paycor-based enterprise sales team in the United States, targeting organizations with 100+ employees. You will source, qualify, and close complex deals using a modern, end-to-end HCM platform and advisory services.

You’ll engage economic buyers at the C-level, build a robust pipeline, and drive multi-stakeholder discussions across HR, finance, and IT. A top-performing, quota-driven mindset is essential for success and career growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quota-carrying or complex B2B sales experience.
• Proven ability to engage economic buyers at the C-level.
• Experience selling to organizations with 100+ employees.
• High accountability, resilience and ownership of results.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and close net-new enterprise business with 100–5,000+ employees.
• Run full-cycle sales from prospecting to discovery, demo, and close.
• Build high-value solution bundles across the Paycor portfolio.
• Partner with Solutions Engineers, RevOps, and broker networks in a team-selling model.
• Own pipeline with forecasting and deal control through close.
