Qualifications

• Expert knowledge in TCP/IP, 802.11ax/be, TLS, DNS, NAT, and VPNs.
• Experience with SD-WAN, IDS/IPS, OSPF, BGP, EVPN-VXLAN.
• Industry certifications such as CCNA/CCNP/CCIE or CWNA/CWDP/CWSP.
• Ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery calls to understand customer pain points.
• Deliver world-class demonstrations to win stakeholder buy-in.
• Design technical solutions and assets to accelerate deals.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to translate field feedback.
• Build scalable assets and standardize processes for the SE team.
