Job summary

ServiceNow seeks a Senior Manager for ENT Sales, Manufacturing (Moveworks) to lead a high-performing team driving new business in enterprise manufacturing across the US. You will craft territory strategy, forecast rigor, and close opportunities with senior executives.

You will recruit and coach top talent, align with operations, and act as a trusted advisor in executive meetings, leveraging AI tools to elevate workflows and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Enterprise/Strategic Enterprise sales, ideally 10K+ employees.
• Nice to have manufacturing industry experience.
• Proven track record of new business sales leadership and C-level negotiations.
• Strong talent development, recruitment and coaching experience.
• Strategic, financially aware with quota ownership and forecasting discipline.
• Process-oriented, with collaboration with Sales Operations and cross-functional teams.
• Business-savvy and able to build senior-level relationships.
• Adaptable to fast growth and changing environments.
• AI-forward mindset in evaluating tools to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of 8 Moveworks Enterprise and Strat Sales Executives.
• Develop territory go-to-market plans and align with Sales Operations.
• Drive opportunity development and revenue growth across US manufacturing accounts.
• Recruit, coach, and mentor team members to high performance.
• Set territory quotas and communicate expectations; manage forecasts and pipeline.
• Achieve annual sales goals with quarterly progress reviews.
• Present as ServiceNow SME in C-level meetings.
• Foster cross-functional relationships with Consulting, Sales Specialists, Legal, and Marketing.
