ServiceNow is seeking a high-impact sales leader to manage a team of Moveworks Enterprise and Strategic Sales Executives across the United States. You will drive rapid new business growth by shaping territory strategy, forecasting, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role demands strong C-level engagement, proven quota attainment, and a talent-first approach to recruiting, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales organization in a fast-growing enterprise software

Qualifications

Extensive enterprise sales leadership experience across large organizations.
Proven track record of exceeding quotas in Enterprise/Strategic sales.
Strong C-level engagement and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of 8 Moveworks Enterprise and Strat Sales Executives to grow new business in the US.
Develop territory go-to-market strategy and oversee forecast and pipeline accuracy.
Engage in territory planning, build relationships, and help close opportunities.
Recruit, coach, and mentor sales team members to drive performance.
Report quarterly and annual sales results and communicate plans across teams.
