Job summary

Checkmarx is the AI-powered application security leader, hosting Checkmarx One, a cloud-native AppSec platform. As Sales Director for the Eastern United States, you will lead an Enterprise Account Manager team, own territory strategy, and drive substantial revenue growth while coaching a high-performing group.

You will engage with large enterprise customers, align value-based solutions to their needs, and collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, product, and customer success to win new business

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience, including 2+ years in sales leadership.
• Experience selling technical software to enterprises with understanding of enterprise software landscape.
• Proficiency in value-selling methodologies (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, Command of the Message).
• Travel up to 30-40%, mostly within the US.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Recruit, coach, and motivate a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Managers.
• Build strong relationships with key enterprise customers and stakeholders.
• Forecast accurately using CRM and sales analytics and drive improvements.
