Omni, the AI analytics platform, seeks a Regional Sales Director, Enterprise to lead a high-growth team and drive predictable revenue for customers with 501-5,000 employees. You will combine elite sales execution with coaching and scalable processes, leveraging deep data ecosystem expertise.

The role emphasizes coaching, strategic deals, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure long-term expansion and CRM discipline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including 2+ years leading enterprise teams.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets in SaaS.
• Experience in BI, data analytics and/or ETL platforms strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise new business and expansion targets with accurate forecasting and pipeline health.
• Lead, recruit, and coach a high-performing team of Account Executives to exceed KPIs.
• Partner with Marketing and Product to share market insights and drive cross-functional alignment.
