This in-office role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and a clear path from BDR to Account Executive, with exposure to real enterprise deals and fast-growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required; recent graduates encouraged.
• Strong interest in enterprise technology sales and career growth.
• Ability to learn and apply messaging to enterprise buyers.

Responsabilités

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting
• Execute high-volume outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Research target accounts across energy, utilities, and manufacturing
• Identify decision-makers and secure meetings
• Qualify opportunities and schedule discovery calls
• Partner with Marketing and Sales to drive pipeline
• Build and manage pipeline in Salesforce and Salesloft/ZoomInfo
• Develop messaging strategies for enterprise buyers
• Participate in ongoing training and milestones
