Qualifications

• Requires strong knowledge of OSHA and applicable safety regulations.
• Experience leading enterprise safety programs and initiatives.

• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and foster safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise-wide safety management program, policies, and procedures.
• Establish safety goals, KPIs, and performance metrics aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee OSHA recordkeeping, reporting, and regulatory inspections.
• Investigate incidents, perform root-cause analyses, and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with Operations, HR, Engineering, and Facilities to integrate safety into planning and design.
• Develop and maintain safety training, procedures, and compliance documentation.
