Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive EHS or safety leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and regulatory compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve enterprise-wide safety programs and policies.
• Lead safety leadership, KPIs, and performance metrics with executives.
• Conduct hazard assessments, incident investigations, and root-cause analyses.
• Lead safety training, inspections, and corrective action programs.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, Engineering, and Facilities to embed safety.
