Job summary

Capital One Software, a remote-friendly unit of Capital One, seeks a Senior Manager for Enterprise SaaS Sales to lead end-to-end enterprise deals and act as a trusted advisor to Global 2000 customers. You will target regulated industries and drive ARR for Databolt while navigating security reviews and complex buying centers.

You will orchestrate multi-month sales cycles, collaborate with security, data, compliance, legal, and procurement teams, and develop compelling business cases balancing

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience in enterprise B2B software or technology sales(for example: Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance, Government)
• At least 1 year of experience selling data security or cloud security solutions including navigating compliance frameworks (PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, SOC2)
• At least 2 years of experience managing 9+ month sales cycles using MEDDIC/MEDDICC and multi-threading across stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise deals end-to-end: source, develop, and close ARR with new logos and expansion
• Navigate multi-stakeholder buying centers across security, data, compliance, legal, and procurement
• Lead technical evaluations with clear success criteria and executive alignment
• Guide customers through security reviews, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance
• Build business cases showing risk reduction and data enablement outcomes
• Negotiate contracts with DPAs, security exhibits, and enterprise licensing terms
• Drive land-and-expand strategies across lines of business and environments
• Partner strategically with cloud providers and GSI partners to accelerate deals
