Points North is seeking a driven National Sales Executive to accelerate new business growth in compliance software for mid-market and enterprise clients. You will drive deals with payroll partners and deliver solutions-focused value to decision makers and partners.

The ideal candidate is relationship-focused, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can communicate impact clearly. Base salary ranges with commission are offered, with remote or hybrid options depending on assignment.

Competenze

• 5+ years of B2B software or SaaS experience in a net-new business, full-cycle, revenue generating position.
• 3+ years’ experience selling B2B payroll, HCM, workforce management, compliance, and/or construction technology products or solutions.
• 3+ years’ experience working within a channel or referral partner ecosystem.

Mansioni

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution for mid-market and enterprise customers.
• Generate new business opportunities through partner relationships, education events, referrals, and campaigns.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer challenges and compliance requirements; deliver tailored demos and ROI analyses.
