Blackbaud seeks an experienced Project Manager, Enterprise Implementations to lead complex SaaS deployments for enterprise customers. You will drive end-to-end delivery, coordinate with executives, and ensure alignment of technology with business goals across Product, Engineering, and Professional Services.
You will manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and change while maintaining exceptional communication with customers and internal teams to deliver measurable value and on-time results.
As a Project Manager, Enterprise Implementations, you will lead complex, customer-facing SaaS implementation projects for enterprise customers. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of coordination and accountability throughout the implementation lifecycle, partnering closely with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver successful business outcomes. You will manage high-impact implementation projects that require exceptional communication, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and organizational skills. Success in this role requires the ability to navigate ambiguity, drive accountability across multiple teams, and build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders while delivering projects on time and within scope. As part of a cross-functional delivery organization, you will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Professional Services, Operations, and customer teams to ensure seamless implementation experiences and measurable customer value.
Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise SaaS implementation projects from project kickoff through deployment and project closure. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, resource allocations, and success measures. Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle. Drive accountability across internal and external stakeholders to ensure project commitments are met and implementation objectives remain on track. Facilitate project governance activities including stakeholder meetings, executive reviews, status reporting, and decision-making forums. Partner with customers to establish implementation strategies that align technology delivery with business objectives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout implementation engagements. Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors. Provide clear, proactive communication regarding project status, risks, milestones, and outcomes. Guide customers through complex implementation journeys, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the process. Facilitate alignment across customer teams, technical stakeholders, and executive leadership.
Proactively identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and develop effective mitigation plans. Escalate concerns appropriately while maintaining focus on customer outcomes and project success. Resolve complex project challenges involving competing priorities, resource constraints, or changing business requirements. Maintain project momentum and accountability in fast-paced and evolving environments.
Leverage project management best practices and implementation methodologies to drive consistent delivery outcomes. Conduct retrospectives and apply lessons learned to improve future project execution. Utilize project management, reporting, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency and visibility. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that strengthen delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.
Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to confidently lead enterprise implementation projects while building trust with customers and stakeholders. They will create structure in ambiguous situations, effectively manage competing priorities, and consistently drive projects toward successful outcomes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and proactive, with the executive presence and communication skills needed to guide enterprise customers through complex implementations while partnering effectively across cross-functional teams.

The starting base pay is $77,700.00 to $104,500.00. Blackbaud may pay more or less based on employee qualifications, market value, Company finances, and other operational considerations.
