Job summary

ketteQ is seeking a Project Manager to own enterprise software implementations from kickoff through go-live for global customers. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and outcomes while leading customer engagements and coordinating cross-functional teams.

In this remote, fast-paced role, you will collaborate with Solution Architects, drive risk management, and deliver successful customer implementations across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience implementing enterprise SaaS software solutions (Supply Chain ERP preferred).
• Experience owning enterprise software implementation projects with accountability for scope, schedule, and budget.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proven experience negotiating change orders with customers and influencing executive stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with global customers and cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and PM tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project).
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, APIs, cloud tech, or enterprise system integrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of customer implementation projects with scope, timeline, budget, and successful execution.
• Evaluate requested changes, enforce change orders, document and budget additional work.
• Translate business requirements into scalable solution designs with Solution Architects.
• Escalate risks early and recommend actions to executives to protect project success.
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, and budgets.
• Lead customer meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Manage project governance by controlling scope, risks, and change control.
• Oversee cross-functional teams for software configuration, testing, and implementation.
• Create solution documentation, training materials, and enablement resources.
• Drive resolution of implementation challenges while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Contribute reusable assets and best practices.
• Travel: Up to 20% for customer meetings and implementations.
