Job summary

H1 is hiring an Implementation PM / Business Analyst to own client implementations, gather requirements, and bridge client needs to engineering. You will lead delivery across front-end and data integration, serving as the day-to-day contact for two major enterprise clients and writing specs engineers can execute from.

You will coordinate with internal teams to keep delivery on schedule, review frontend work for alignment, and document client needs for the product roadmap.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as an implementation PM, BA, or project manager on software or data products.
• Experience owning client relationships and delivery against commitments.
• Ability to write clear requirements documents (PRDs/BRDs/user stories).
• Comfort reviewing front-end deliverables against specs; basic HTML/CSS literacy a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the requirements process from intake through sign-off with enterprise clients.
• Serve as day-to-day point of contact for two enterprise clients; run weekly syncs and manage scope.
• Coordinate delivery across engineering, design, and data teams for client builds including landing pages.
• Review front-end deliverables for alignment to specs and flag misalignments early.
• Document client-specific implementation needs for roadmap reference.
• Run ad hoc analyses and validate data against client requirements.
• Grow into product decision ownership on the client's surface over time.
