Job summary

Canva is seeking a founding member for its Global Implementation team in a hybrid San Francisco role. You will partner with enterprise clients for 3–4 months to lead smooth, value-driven implementations—from product configuration and tailored training to driving user adoption.

You’ll become a Canva product expert and trusted advisor, empowering customers to design and scale with Canva while contributing to our shared success and mission.

Qualifications

• SaaS or enterprise software implementation experience.
• Experience planning and delivering multi-phase projects with stakeholders.
• Strong focus on customer outcomes and relationships.
• Creative problem-solving and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to engage with senior leaders and influence across teams.

Responsibilities

• Become a Canva product expert within 30 days and lead complex enterprise onboardings.
• Partner 1:1 with clients to design tailored rollout frameworks.
• Drive customer timelines and adoption by aligning needs with Canva best practices.
• Co-build implementation processes to refine enterprise onboarding.
• Understand customer use cases and collaborate with Education and Product teams to improve Help Center and product experience.
