Job summary

UKG is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new logo sales in our S&D West region. This hunter role owns several accounts and handles large, complex SaaS deals.

You will prospect, build a territory from scratch, and engage with C-level executives to close deals exceeding ARR $800K. A $2M+ quota guides your success and commissions reward top performers. Travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years proven success selling cloud/SaaS to C-level executives, HRMS/Payroll a strong plus
• Consistently exceed a $2 Million+ quota
• 3+ years selling complex deals over $800K ARR
• Demonstrated experience building a territory and pipeline from scratch
• Execute a strategic sales process with internal partners and exec engagement
