Job summary

Zoom is hiring a Commercial VAST Account Executive to drive new business and deepen existing relationships across the East or Central U.S. territory.

You will engage senior executives, navigate complex sales cycles, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver Zoom Workplace solutions that align with strategic business priorities. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Account Executive experience selling SaaS, UCaaS, or cloud-based communication solutions.
• Proven track record of new business development and expansion selling within a defined territory.
• Experience working with Channel Partners to build and co-manage pipeline.
• Proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking.
• Ability to engage and communicate effectively with C-Level and VP-Level executives.
• Strong organizational and presentation skills, including experience delivering executive-level QBRs and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and develop new business opportunities within an existing account base across your defined territory.
• Drive upsell and expansion revenue by leveraging established customer relationships and identifying new use cases for Zoom Workplace.
• Manage complex sales cycles and campaigns from initial engagement through close.
• Create, deliver, and manage client demonstrations, proposals, and QBRs.
• Engage C-Level and VP-Level stakeholders to align Zoom solutions with executive business priorities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales engineers, solutions specialists, and channel partners to deliver coordinated, high-impact sales motions.
• Partner with management to deliver accurate forecasts, surface opportunities and challenges, and provide recommended solutions.
• Stay current on Zoom's product roadmap, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
