Job summary

Elastic, the Search AI company, is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expansion within strategic Enterprise accounts, focusing on Federal Civilian agencies such as SSA and other regulatory bodies. You will own a defined territory, build your pipeline, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model.

Qualifications

• 5+ years closing complex Enterprise SaaS deals with quota attainment.
• Experience selling into Federal Civilian agencies such as SSA or regulatory bodies.
• Ability to apply MEDDPICC or equivalent framework to build disciplined pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Own territory, build pipeline, and generate opportunities through outbound cadence.
• Conduct discovery, qualify opportunities, and map business value to MEDDPICC.
• Deliver tailored demos and narratives linking Elastic solutions to business outcomes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to close deals with accurate forecasting in CRM.
• Lead negotiations and structure multi-year consumption-based contracts.
• Discuss cloud economics, usage-based pricing, and data architecture with customers.
• Partner with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals.
