Job summary

Kinetic is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to expand Kinetic ID across the U.S. and Canada. You will own a pipeline from discovery to pilot and pilot-to-contract, engaging claims, auto physical damage, estimating, and procurement leaders.

You will balance outbound pipeline creation, conference networking, and in-person meetings with pilots, contract support, and cross-functional execution to drive deployment and scale usage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience with proven quota attainment.
• Ability to sell through complex, multi-stakeholder organizations.
• Comfort selling technical products and managing consultative sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a national US/Canada pipeline across insurers, MSOs, and auto repair providers.
• Identify decision-makers and influence buying committees.
• Lead pilots, ROI framing, and deployment planning with cross-functional teams.
• Attend industry conferences to generate opportunities and expand the compass of potential customers.
• Travel regularly for customer meetings, pilot reviews, and contract negotiations.
• Develop repeatable sales plays and collaborate with product, legal, and leadership teams.
