Kinetic Automation is seeking an Account Executive to convert awareness of our ADAS maintenance and calibrations into service revenue. You will partner with car dealerships, collision shops, and fleet operators, guiding them through ROI-focused discussions and complex integrations.

Based in the Dallas area, you will expand market presence in Texas, build a trusted network, conduct on-site demonstrations, and manage the full sales cycle from outreach to contract closure, ensuring fast,

Qualifications

• Quota-carrying sales or account management experience in software, hardware, or services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets as a hunter.
• Deep familiarity with Dallas/Fort Worth and Houston markets; ready access to regional decision-makers.
• Ability to discuss technology features and benefits in automotive service lifecycle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to translate tech benefits into ROI.

Responsibilities

• Market expansion: identify and close new business opportunities in Texas, mainly Dallas/Fort Worth and Houston.
• Network development: leverage industry relationships to position Kinetic as the premier ADAS calibration partner.
• Solution sales: conduct on-site demonstrations and present materials highlighting speed, reliability, transparency, and precision.
• Full-cycle pipeline management: manage outreach, leads, contracts, and handoff to customer success.
• Brand ambassadorship: represent Kinetic at local industry events and trade shows to build a steady lead funnel.
