Job summary

Kinetic Automation is seeking an Account Executive to convert awareness of ADAS maintenance into service revenue across the Seattle market. You will build relationships with car dealerships, collision shops, and fleet operators, guiding them through trials, quotes, and contracts while coordinating with our operations team.

In this role you will conduct on-site demonstrations, present solutions that emphasize speed, reliability, and predictable costs, and manage the full sales cycle from cold

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of quota-carrying sales or account management in software, hardware, or services.

Responsibilities

• Market expansion: identify and close new opportunities within car dealerships and collision centers in the Seattle metro area to meet quarterly quotas.
• Network development: leverage industry relationships to position Kinetic as the premier ADAS calibration partner.
• Solution sales: conduct on-site demonstrations and present materials highlighting speed, reliability, transparency, and precision.
• Full-cycle pipeline management: manage lead generation, outreach, quotes, contracts, and handoff to customer success.
• Brand ambassadorship: represent Kinetic at local industry events and trade shows to build a consistent lead funnel.
