Job summary

Kinetic Automation seeks an Account Executive to convert awareness of ADAS maintenance and calibrations into service revenue across the Dallas, Fort Worth, and Houston markets.

You will be an outgoing, goal-oriented partner for car dealerships, collision shops, and fleets, managing demands from customers, approvals, and scheduling, while driving predictable costs and fast turnarounds.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of quota-carrying sales or account management in software, hardware, or services.
• Referencable history of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a hunter role.
• Deep familiarity with Dallas/Fort Worth and Houston markets.
• Ability to discuss technology features and ROI for shop owners.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to translate tech benefits into ROI.

Responsibilities

• Market expansion in Dallas/Fort Worth and Houston to meet or exceed quarterly quota.
• Network development to position Kinetic as the premier ADAS calibration partner.
• Conduct on-site demonstrations and present materials highlighting speed, reliability, transparency, and precision.
• Full-cycle pipeline management from cold outreach to contract signing and handoff.
• Brand ambassadorship at local industry events and trade shows to build a lead funnel.
