Job summary
HireVenture is seeking a Telecommunications Specialist to support enterprise voice environments with a primary focus on RingCentral and secondary Cisco/Avaya platforms. This hands-on role involves configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining VoIP, call routing, and related voice infrastructure in a large healthcare setting.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field with 5+ years of experience in telecommunications and IT networks.
- RingCentral experience is required.
- Experience administering and troubleshooting enterprise telecommunications and voice environments.
- Experience with VoIP, SIP, analog, TDM, voicemail, call routing, and related voice technologies.
Responsibilities
- Engineer, design, document, troubleshoot, and administer enterprise telecommunications systems.
- Manage moves, adds, changes, and user provisioning activities.
- Provide day-to-day telecommunications support for clinical, administrative, and corporate users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable voice services.
- Perform system backups and use monitoring tools like Wireshark, SolarWinds, and TraceSBC.
