Job summary

MCI is seeking an RFP Specialist to lead proposal development for enterprise and B2B clients. This role requires strong writing and project management skills and an ability to gather content from subject matter experts.

You will tailor responses, manage timelines, maintain case studies and templates, and track proposal outcomes to drive process improvements across RFP programs. The ideal candidate has experience with RFx processes, familiarity with B2B sales, and comfort working in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
• 2 years in B2B proposal or bid management.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Familiarity with B2B sales and solution selling.
• Experience with proposal tools (e.g., RFPIO, Loopio) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review RFPs and tailor responses to client needs.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather technical content.
• Write, edit, and format persuasive proposals.
• Manage timelines to ensure timely submissions.
• Maintain a repository of case studies and templates.
