Job summary

UiPath, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive for UiPath Retail Solutions, Peak AI, to acquire new retail customers and drive AI-powered pricing and inventory optimization.

You will own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, building a strong pipeline through outbound efforts and executive engagement. You will work with Solution Engineering and Data Insights, partner with Marketing, and structure value-based enterprise agreements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of enterprise SaaS sales in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Proven track record of new logo acquisition, especially in mid-sized to large retailers.
• Direct experience selling to retailers with understanding of pricing, margins, and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Grow UiPath Retail Solutions revenue by meeting/exceeding quarterly targets for new logos.
• Build pipeline via outbound activities (networking, calls, email, social selling, events).
• Own full consultative sales cycle: discovery, framing, solution design, negotiation, close.
• Lead value-based selling in pricing, promotions, inventory, and replenishment.
• Turn retailer challenges into ROI-focused proposals and business cases for executives.
• Collaborate with Solution Engineering and Data Insights on pre-sales motions.
• Partner with Marketing on retail campaigns to convert leads to opportunities.
• Negotiate enterprise agreements and manage multi-stakeholder deals.
• Develop relationships with SI/partners across the sales cycle.
