The opportunity
An established manufacturer of plastic storage and organization products is hiring an ERP Systems Analyst to become its internal resource for business systems support, user adoption, and ongoing improvement.
The company is replacing legacy Sage and SAP environments with NetSuite across finance, manufacturing planning, job costing, inventory, and warehouse management. Both manufacturing plants are expected to transition together, with a target go-live of January 1, subject to project readiness.
Much of the system configuration and process design is already underway with an external implementation partner. This hire will help employees prepare for the transition, resolve day-to-day issues, improve data accuracy, and build confidence in the new system. Following go-live, the role will remain the primary internal contact for ERP support and coordination with external technology partners.
This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys understanding how a manufacturing business operates and helping employees use its systems effectively.
