Job summary

Focus Cloud Group is seeking a NetSuite Systems Administrator to be the day-to-day NetSuite resource for manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, inventory, warehouse, finance and operations. You will troubleshoot issues, maintain configuration, support users and improve workflows across planning, purchasing, production and fulfillment.

The role is in Hopkinsville, KY with relocation support and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering Oracle NetSuite in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting business users and resolving live-system issues across manufacturing, inventory, procurement or supply chain.
• Ability to maintain NetSuite configuration, roles and permissions, workflows, saved searches, reports and dashboards.
• Understanding of how purchasing, production, inventory and fulfillment processes connect.
• Food manufacturing or lot-controlled inventory experience.
• Exposure to work orders, BOMs or recipes, WIP and Routing, demand or supply planning, or standard costing.
• Experience supporting third-party integrations, warehouse processes, labeling or fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot NetSuite issues and optimize configurations to improve data quality and user experience.
• Maintain configuration, roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches and dashboards to support operations.
• Provide user training and ongoing support to procurement, production, inventory and finance teams.
• Own and improve end-to-end workflows linking planning, purchasing, production and fulfillment.

We're partnering with a growing food manufacturer client who are seeking a NetSuite Systems Administrator to join on a full time permanent basis in the US. This is an opportunity to become the day-to-day NetSuite systems resource for teams across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, inventory, warehouse, finance and operations.

You'll troubleshoot issues, maintain configuration and data quality, support users, and improve the workflows that connect planning, purchasing, production and fulfillment. We're looking for someone who enjoys owning a system, understands the processes behind it and can turn business problems into practical NetSuite solutions.

Candidates should be located in or open to relocation to Hopkinsville, KY or the surrounding area. Relocation support is also available for the successful candidate. We are ideally looking for someone open to a hybrid working model, but there is some flexibility for the right candidate.

• Salary – US$85,000 to $105,000 base
