Job summary

Blue Signal Search is seeking a hands-on NetSuite & IT Manager to shape the next stage of its business systems and technology environment. You will own NetSuite and key business applications, working across finance, operations, manufacturing, and other functions to translate needs into practical system improvements.

This role offers significant ownership, a chance to influence controls, data quality, and user experience, and to grow technology leadership as the organization expands.

Qualifications

• Hands-on NetSuite ERP experience spanning administration, configuration, workflows, reporting, roles, permissions, and process improvement.
• Strong business process fluency and the ability to convert functional requirements into effective ERP or application solutions.
• Experience with databases, integrations, interfaces, and data movement across ERP and other enterprise applications.
• Clear communication skills with executives, functional leaders, end users, consultants, and technical partners.

• Serve as the internal lead for NetSuite ERP, owning day-to-day administration, configuration, optimization, and user support.

Focus:

• Serve as the internal lead for NetSuite ERP, owning day-to-day administration, configuration, optimization, and user support.
• Translate needs from finance, operations, manufacturing, and other teams into practical system improvements and scalable technology solutions.
• Guide business systems initiatives from discovery and requirements definition through design, testing, rollout, training, and adoption.
• Improve workflows, reporting, controls, data quality, and application usage by evaluating how teams work and where technology can remove friction.
• Establish and oversee user permissions, separation of responsibilities, and system safeguards in alignment with public-company governance and financial control requirements.
• Oversee connections among NetSuite, databases, and surrounding applications, with attention to reliable data movement and business continuity.
• Coordinate external consultants and technology partners for complex configurations, integrations, upgrades, and specialized support.
• Partner with broader IT resources on user administration, Microsoft tools, security, infrastructure dependencies, and technology needs across multiple sites.

Skill Set:

• Hands-on NetSuite ERP experience spanning administration, configuration, workflows, reporting, roles, permissions, and process improvement.
• Strong business process fluency and the ability to convert functional requirements into effective ERP or application solutions.
• Experience with databases, integrations, interfaces, and data movement across ERP and other enterprise applications.
• Track record leading ERP or business applications projects through requirements, design, implementation, testing, training, and adoption.
• Experience working within SOX-compliant controls or another public-company governance environment.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to work effectively with executives, functional leaders, end users, consultants, and technical partners.
• Broad IT knowledge with a primary career focus on ERP, software, business applications, and systems rather than infrastructure engineering.
• Comfort balancing hands-on system ownership with project leadership, vendor coordination, prioritization, documentation, and user enablement.
