Overview

An innovative global organisation operating on transformative connectivity technology is seeking a NetSuite Administrator-Analyst to lead and support the day-to-day performance and strategic enhancement of its ERP systems. This role will suit someone experienced across manufacturing, supply chain, and finance functions, who thrives in cross-functional, fast-moving environments.

Location and Sector

Location: Midland, TX (Onsite with occasional international travel)

Responsibilities

• Administer and enhance NetSuite ERP system functionality across core business units


• Oversee user access, roles, and security provisioning


• Lead training and onboarding for new users


• Create custom reports, saved searches, KPIs, dashboards, scripts, and workflows


• Provide support for CSV imports, data validation, and functional documentation


• Collaborate on system improvements and manage third-party integrations


• Drive application security compliance, upgrades, and performance monitoring


• Contribute to analytics development and insights reporting

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in NetSuite administration, including configuration and development


• Deep functional knowledge of order-to-build manufacturing environments


• Experience supporting finance, supply chain, and warehouse management modules


• Technical capabilities across SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and web technologies (HTML, JavaScript)


• Strong analytical skills with a track record of delivering process improvements


• Experience leading or mentoring junior ERP/IT team members
