Job summary

Crosscheck Staffing seeks an ERP Systems Analyst for a manufacturing client in Leominster, MA to support NetSuite rollout and ongoing ERP improvements. You will be the internal resource for system support, training, and data validation as the go-live approaches.

The role requires hands-on ERP experience in a manufacturing environment, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work with external implementation partners to ensure data accuracy and smooth user adoption.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of ERP support experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP systems integration, data validation, and issue resolution.
• Experience documenting workflows and training users across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide ERP support and troubleshoot issues across purchasing, inventory, production, order processing, shipping, and finance.
• Lead NetSuite transition efforts, assist data reconciliation, testing, and validation of business processes.
• Analyze manufacturing data and processes, create process guides, and support end-users post go-live.
• Coordinate with IT service providers and external partners for escalations and project work.
