Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking an Enterprise Resilience professional to strengthen the organization’s ability to anticipate, withstand, respond to, recover from, and adapt to disruptions across cyber, technology, and business operations.

You will partner with Cyber Security, IT, Disaster Recovery, and business operations to establish resilience requirements, validate recovery capabilities, and drive measurable improvements across critical service outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years IT program/project management experience.
• Five or more years in enterprise resilience, cyber resilience, disaster recovery, or related fields.
• Experience documenting risks and corrective actions in a structured way.
• Knowledge of cloud resilience patterns, especially Microsoft Azure.

Responsibilities

• Support development and improvement of the Enterprise Resilience Program with governance and procedures.
• Identify and map Critical Business Services and required resources.
• Define and validate impact tolerances, RTOs, RPOs, and recovery priorities.
• Plan and execute resilience assessments, DR tests, tabletop exercises, and simulations.
• Track findings, risks, owners, and corrective actions through closure.
