Job summary

Sentara is seeking an Enterprise Resilience specialist to strengthen our ability to anticipate and recover from cyber, IT, and third-party disruptions. The role collaborates across Cyber Security, IT, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity to drive measurable improvements.

You will develop governance, conduct impact analyses, run tabletop exercises, and validate recoverability with immutables backups and secure restoration workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with relevant IT or resilience focus.
• Minimum 3 years in IT program/project management.
• 5+ years in enterprise resilience, cyber resilience, disaster recovery, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve the Enterprise Resilience Program (governance, standards, procedures, playbooks, reporting).
• Identify Critical Business Services and map people, processes, tech, data, and third parties.
• Plan and document resilience assessments, tabletop exercises, DR tests, and simulations.
