Job summary

Hadiamondstar Software Solutions LLC is seeking a senior operations professional to own end-to-end Quote-to-Cash initiatives for enterprise customers in Massachusetts. You will coordinate RFP/RFQ responses, pricing, SOWs, and contract terms while partnering with sales, legal, finance, and service teams.

You will lead asset-return programs, drive pricing governance, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with global teams to standardize processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and revenue realization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business operations, enterprise services, commercial operations, or related functions.
• Strong experience with RFP/RFQ management, enterprise quoting, pricing, and contract administration.
• Hands-on experience with Quote-to-Cash and contract lifecycle processes.
• Experience supporting large enterprise or Fortune 500 customers.
• Strong understanding of reverse logistics, asset management, or supply-chain operations.
• Experience working with cross-functional and global teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume operational activities while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes for enterprise customers, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
• Lead and coordinate RFP/RFQ responses, including pricing, Statements of Work (SOWs), commercial terms, and proposal development.
• Manage enterprise contract administration, renewals, amendments, and customer agreements in collaboration with sales, legal, finance, and service teams.
• Develop and maintain pricing methodologies and ensure adherence to pricing governance and commercial policies.
• Support enterprise customers through complex quoting requirements and provide solutions that align customer needs with available service offerings.
• Lead reverse logistics and asset-return programs, including customer engagement, asset recertification, return tracking, and compliance initiatives.
• Monitor contractual asset-return requirements and identify opportunities to reduce financial exposure and improve asset recovery.
• Coordinate high-volume operational requests involving invoicing, product/service returns, customer accounts, and service expansion.
• Develop and track KPIs, operational metrics, revenue performance, forecasts, and customer adoption trends.
• Partner with global and cross-functional teams to standardize processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders to support bid acceptance, funding approvals, renewals, and expanded service adoption.
• Support system and workflow enhancements, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and implementation of new business processes.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements that increase operational accuracy, revenue realization, customer satisfaction, and compliance.
• Support organizational transitions, acquisitions, and system transformations while maintaining business continuity.
