Job summary

Bonterra is seeking an Enterprise Development Representative to identify and qualify new business opportunities within the enterprise segment (1,000+ employees). You will prospect, generate leads, and initiate engagement to build a robust sales pipeline and support Strategic Account Executives in closing deals.

You will qualify leads using PAINT criteria, articulate Bonterra's value, and coordinate discovery meetings and product demonstrations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in business development, sales development, or lead generation.
• Proven track record of generating qualified leads and exceeding quotas in enterprise sales.
• Strong understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and complex org structures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior-level engagement.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target enterprise clients (1,000+ employees).
• Generate new leads using LinkedIn Navigator, cold calling, and email campaigns.
• Engage C-suite executives with personalized outreach strategies.
• Qualify leads based on PAINT criteria and ICP alignment.
• Schedule discovery meetings and product demonstrations for AE teams.
• Maintain CRM records and collaborate with marketing and sales leadership.
