Job summary

4over in Columbus, OH is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise initiatives spanning packaged software, custom development, and process improvements. You will coordinate stakeholders, teams, and vendors to deliver on strategic business objectives.

The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, risk management, and a track record of delivering complex programs on time. Travel up to 20% is available as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional business or technology initiatives.
• PMP or CAPM certification preferred.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies.
• Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations (CRM, PIM, ERP, marketing automation, digital transformation, or eCommerce).
• Experience working with remote and cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
• Ability to travel up to 20% and occasionally work outside standard business hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise business initiatives from project initiation through successful implementation by coordinating stakeholders, Business Analysts, Technology teams, vendors, and sponsors.
• Translate business requirements into executable project plans with Business Analysts.
• Ensure organizational readiness through communication, training, and change management.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate readiness activities including reviews, UAT, and implementation planning.
• Monitor scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and risks to ensure execution.
• Break large initiatives into actionable tasks and maintain momentum.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project teams and stakeholders.
• Provide status updates and executive-ready reporting.
• Prepare project documentation and decision summaries.
