The ideal candidate has deep experience in integrated delivery, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, and a track record of driving digital transformation across enterprise teams. Limited travel permitted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15+ years of related experience.
• PMP or PgM certification required.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise project controls strategy and governance.
• Establish controls for design-build and other delivery models across regions.
• Strengthen budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and change management.
• Develop dashboards, analytics, and risk insights for leadership.
• Lead modernization of project controls platforms and workflows.
• Build scalable document controls and data quality standards.
• Collaborate across executives, operations, finance, and procurement.
