CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Controls to lead enterprise controls across a large portfolio of municipal, industrial, and federal projects. You will modernize platforms, drive standardized workflows, and deliver predictive insights across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; PMP or PgM certification preferred.
15+ years of related experience in project controls leadership.
Experience with integrated design-build and other delivery models.
Ability to develop talent and build high-performing teams.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Define enterprise project controls strategy, standards, and governance.
Establish controls for design-build and alternate delivery; align cost, schedule, risk and commercial controls.
Strengthen budgeting, EV, forecasting, and master scheduling.
Develop dashboards and actionable insights for margin and delivery risk.
Lead modernization of controls platforms and enable AI-enabled forecasting.
Set standards for document management and data integrity.
Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to improve outcomes.
Lead and develop a dispersed team of schedulers, cost controllers, and document controllers.
