Job summary

Peoplelink Group is seeking a National Program Manager 1 to drive customer success across a national portfolio of Enterprise accounts, owning strategy, execution, and continuous improvement from end to end.

This remote role requires collaboration with sales and leadership to deliver measurable value, improve customer experience, and ensure alignment with customer agreements, processes, and tools.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience in the staffing industry.
• Customer project management experience.
• Proven experience leading teams or multi-units.
• Experience working with an MSP and VMS.
• Understanding and application of basic math skills and financial concepts.
• Analytical and reporting skills highly desired.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Enterprise/National sales team on account strategy and opportunities.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to leadership and field teams managing accounts.
• Lead and coach subordinates, providing clear direction.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements outlined in agreements.
• Train and monitor rollout of customer VMS tools to central service and field teams.
• Identify process improvements with leadership to address operational challenges.
• Report on customer success data and recommendations to improve revenue and experience.
• Support scheduling and participation in customer QBRs when applicable.
